It was Friday afternoon and I was in a hurry to
get home when I looked into the mirror and saw the flashing red lights
and said to myself “Oh darn, not again.”
I got a ticket and went to one of those all day defensive driving traffic school classes on — wouldn’t you know it — a Saturday. The only good thing about that was that the weather was supposed to be a good chance of rain. The way my life was going, it turned out to be one of those rare perfect 72 degrees outside and here I sat inside a class room all day.
